France's Chavanel pulls out of Paris-Nice (AFP)
BRIGNOLES, author (AFP) – France's Sylvain Chavanel pulled out of Paris-Nice before the start of Saturday's last and seventh stage because of a suspected chest infection, his Quick Step team announced.
According to the European appurtenances the classics and one-day vie doc has had trouble breathed in the time some days.
In the race's overall standings Chavanel, a two-time stage succeeder in the 2010 Tour de France, was in 26th at 4min 05sec behind Germany's Tony Martin.
