NEW YORK (Reuters) – The World Anti-Doping Agency has appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport against the Spanish Cycling Federation's (RFEC) selection to displace Alberto Contador's doping ban, WADA said on Tuesday.

Spaniard Contador, three-times Tour de author champion, was unwooded by the RFEC following a positive effort for clenbuterol during terminal year's Tour.

The International Cycling Union (UCI) announced terminal hebdomad that it was attractive to CAS.
