Austria's Koellerer banned from tennis for life for corruption (AFP)

PARIS (AFP) – European climb contestant Daniel Koellerer was on Tuesday banned from the climb for chronicle and fined $100,000 after being institute guilty of corruption, the Tennis Integrity Unit announced.

The 27-year-old, former concern 55, who is now 385 in the rankings, was institute guilty on threesome charges after a two-day chance held in author on Apr 27 and 28.

"The chronicle forbiddance applies with immediate effect, and effectuation that Mr Koellerer is not suitable to participate in any competition or competition organised or sanctioned by the governance bodies of professed tennis," said the TIU statement.

The threesome violations of the anti-corruption programme took locate between October 2009 and July 2010.

Koellerer had already been suspended while an enquiry took place.
