MIAMI – metropolis Bulls center Joakim patriarch has been punished $50,000 by the NBA for "using a derogatory and opprobrious term" while interacting with a follower from the governance during Game 3 of the Eastern Conference finals.

Last month, Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers was punished $100,000 for directing the aforementioned slur toward a referee. The NBA says Bryant's dustlike was higher because it also included a sanction for verbally abusing a mettlesome official.
