DENVER (Reuters) – Denver Broncos back Jason Hunter was the victim of a harmful though his injuries were not serious, according to a inform on the team's website (http://wwww.denverbroncos.com) on Wednesday.
Hunter was condemned to a Detroit-area hospital, though details of the incident hit not been released. His agent said in the inform it was a secondary injury.
"We are alive of the reports regarding Jason Hunter and are currently in the process of assembling information and reviewing the facts," the Broncos said in a evidence on the website. "Our thoughts are with Jason, and we are anticipative he makes a quick recovery."
Hunter has played fivesome seasons in the NFL including digit with the Broncos. He played every mettlesome for the aggroup terminal season and ended with 61 tackles and three sacks.
