Barbour, High Point hold off Presbyterian 69-62 (AP)

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Nick Barbour came soured the governance to score 17 points and High Point held on to finish Protestant 69-62 on weekday night, sweeping the season series.

The Panthers (8-13, 5-7 Big South Conference) led 40-30 with 16:49 to go, then the Blue Hose went on a 13-2 run for a 43-42 edge with 11:56 left.
