Austria wins team event at Nordic worlds; US 4th (AP)
OSLO, Noreg – Oesterreich has won the compounded aggroup event at the Germanic concern championships, with the United States closing fourth.
The dweller aggroup featured Olympic endorse Billy Demong and two-time concern endorse character Lodwick and was 54.8 seconds behindhand the winners.
Austria was led by Mario Stecher, who beat Tino Edelmann of Germany in a sprint closing Monday. The Austrians started the cross-country passage in ordinal place but modern to get in 48 minutes, 7.8 seconds.
Germany trailed by 0.4 seconds. Host commonwealth Noreg was third, 40.6 seconds back.
